- After you purchase you can download the file and print/fill out the information (to, from, and the value of the gift card)
- Recipient must be willing to travel to Asheville NC to get tattooed
- Gift cards can apply to any pre-drawn designs, or custom tattoo designs as long as I accept the project proposal - when my books are open and I am accepting appointments
